Pingsteal Return & Refund Policy

Pingsteal is committed to accurate listings, secure packaging, and fair treatment for all buyers. Because we sell both new factory‑sealed items and pre‑owned collectibles, our return policy varies by product type to ensure fairness and protection for both parties.

We have a 14‑day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at pingstealllc@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements (All Items)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it:

  • Unused, unworn, or unplayed

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

  • With all included accessories

  • With tags or seals intact (for new items)

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


1. New Items (Factory-Sealed Products)

New items may be returned within 30 days if:

  • The item arrives defective

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was shipped

Requirements:

  • Factory-sealed items must remain sealed

  • Photos of the issue are required before approval

Not eligible:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Opened or tampered items

  • Damage occurring after delivery

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions.


2. Pre-Owned Items (Cards, Games, Media, Collectibles)

Pre-owned items are sold as described and as photographed. Returns are accepted within 7 days only if:

  • The item was not as described

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item arrives damaged in transit

Requirements:

  • Buyer must provide photos of the issue

  • Item must be returned in the exact condition it was received

  • Any serial numbers, identifiers, or markings must match the shipped item

Not eligible:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Condition disputes when listing photos clearly show the item

  • Grading disagreements (PSA/BGS/CGC/CGC opinions vs buyer expectations)

  • “I changed my mind” or “I found it cheaper elsewhere”

  • Swapped items (different card, disc, cartridge, etc.)


3. Trading Cards (Pokémon, Sports, TCG)

To protect collectors and maintain fairness:

  • All cards are photographed and documented before shipping

  • Returns are only accepted for incorrect items or shipping damage

  • Cards must be returned in the exact condition they were sent

Not eligible:

  • Pull quality complaints

  • Centering or print line complaints

  • Grading disagreements

  • Condition disputes when photos match the listing


4. Video Games, VHS, Blu-ray, and DVDs

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item does not function

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item arrives damaged

Not eligible:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Disc/cartridge swapping

  • Digital code redemption issues (codes are not guaranteed for pre-owned media)


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order.


European Union 14‑Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Abuse Prevention

Pingsteal reserves the right to refuse returns from accounts that show patterns of:

  • Item swapping

  • Excessive returns

  • Unsupported condition disputes

  • Fraudulent or dishonest behavior

This ensures a fair and safe experience for all customers.
